Meet Lauren!

Hey y'all! My name is Lauren and I am a travel agent from Texas, focused on planning the most magical vacation possible for you. I have loved Disney since the day I was born! I had a Mickey baby blanket, and as a toddler my great grandmother (or Nanny, as I call her) and I would watch Dumbo almost every day together. My love only grew from there!
When I decided to book my first trip (on my own) to Disney World for January 2015, I booked it because I wanted my husband (then boyfriend) to experience the magic that is Walt Disney World, because he had never been. I knew he would just love it, so I felt obligated to make his first visit PERFECT. I dug into tons of Disney blogs; I think I read every blog post ever written by Tom and Sarah Bricker on Disney Tourist Blog. While doing so, I found this love for wanting to learn more about how to make my Disney trip the most magical and stress free I could make it. I couldn't stop reading blogs and planning imaginary trips to Disneyland, on Disney cruises, and to Aulani in Hawaii, all while just trying to finish planning my 5 day trip to Walt Disney World. Our trip went off without a hitch; my guy even planned an elaborate proposal, including my ring in a glass slipper, a photographer, Wishes going off in the background, and a cast member ready to celebrate our love with champagne. The combination of the kindness of the cast members, the joy of researching Disney tips and tricks, and my love for the mouse got me thinking... "Maybe I should become a Disney travel agent so I can share my knowledge and love of this place with other people, that way I can plan their trips for them so they don't have to read 1000 blogs and books like I did?"
So here I am now! As Walt would say: "All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them." This is me pursuing my dream as a Disney Travel Agent, bringing joy and magic to the lives of others so they can go visit the mouse without the stress of all of the planning it requires. Planning other people's Disney trips makes me feel less sad when I don't know when my next one is, because I know that someone else is getting to experience the magic, and that's what really matters: helping others experience the happiest places on earth.
If you are even slightly thinking about taking a Disney vacation, please reach out to me for more information on the several Disney vacation options available. Whether it’s a trip to Disney World (my personal favorite) or Disneyland, a cruise on Disney Cruise Line, a trip through Adventures by Disney, or a luxurious Hawaiian vacation to Aulani, I can help you plan the most magical trip, filled with memories you will cherish forever.
(and yes my favorite word is magic/magical, because Disney is magic, trust me)

Favorite Disney Moment: When I went to Disney World for my 21st birthday, my two close girl friends joined, and we went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party wearing these huge, matching bow skirts. We stayed until after park close, and as we were walking out, a PhotoPass cast member stopped us on Main Street. She said she loved our skirts and that we needed some pictures in them on Main Street now that all the guests have left the park. She then presumed to basically host a photo-shoot of us in our skirts in front of the castle and on an empty Main Street USA. A few moments later, cast members from the ice cream parlor walked out with an ice cream sundae and a waffle cone piece that looked like the partners statue. I couldn't have asked for a more magical evening.
